Welcome to a simple but informative site on the fabulous art of Niten which was founded in the 16th century by Japans most famous samurai, Miyamoto Musashi. We are a small practise group dedicated to the practise of Niten as taught by the current Headmaster Iwami Toshio Soke.

We are part of what is known as a 'Dosokai' where everyone is a student, sanction by Soke to practise the art of Hyoho Niten Ichi Ryu, we are a practice group nothing more. It is stressed from the outset that we are not teachers of this art but merely students who are trying to train in the way of the current Soke, to pass on and spread the practise of Niten as it is now being taught in Japan.
