Itto Seiho

This set comprises of twelve kata with both shidachi and uchidachi using daito.

Sassen - Sen or thrust with initiative
Hasso Hidari - Left strike
Hasso Migi - Right strike
Uke Nagashi Hidari - Deflection on the left
Uke Nagashi Migi - Deflection on the right
Moji Gamae - Mojiri stance
Hari Tsuke - Slap down
Nagashi Uchi - Repeated deflection
Tora Buri - Tiger's swing
Kazu Ki - Lots of happiness
Ai Sen Uchi Dome - Together timing hit stop
Amashi Uchi - Extra hit

Nito Seiho

This set of kata comprise of five kata with shidachi using both the daito and shoto, uchidachi uses daito only.

Chudan - Middle position
Jodan - Upper stance
Gedan - Lower posture
Hidari Waki Gamae - Left side stance
Migi Waki Gamae - Right side stance

Kodachi Seiho

This set of kata comprises of seven kata with shidachi using only the shoto, whilst uchidachi uses the daito.
