We can help
Active Hertfordshire Karate take on a variety of students, no one is the same but the benefits are there to be taken by everyone. People join us for many different reasons, from wanting to learn self-defence, fitness, training as a team or trying to take control of their anger and learning discipline.
Teenagers are at an age where a lot is going on with school, friends and family. They are at the stage where independence is vital but not always feasible. Frustration and control issues come up a lot in parents questions when inquiring about getting their teenagers to join. Karate is a great way for your teenagers to get involved in an activity that will help them in many areas. Such as:
- Anger management
- Breathing control
- Team building
- Leadership skills
- Achieving goals
- Building confidence
- Focus
